Describing Isis as "a great business with excellent products and ideas that really help schools build inspiring educational spaces", Terry Sweeney, Chief Executive of RM announced the acquisition of Isis on Friday 15th May 2009.
The deal enables RM to offer customers a more comprehensive solution by providing furniture designed to to help integrate its educational ICT products into learning spaces. The acquisition will also provide additional resources for Isis to continue developing furniture solutions, bringing innovation to schools and contributing positively to the transformation of teaching and learning.
