As a member of the consortium that is delivering the Kent Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Programme Isis Concepts is currently supplying and designing furniture solutions for several schools in Kent including Community College Whitstable. Working with Willmott Dixon Isis Concepts is coordinating the colleges Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) for the 3 phase Design and Build programme which is due for completion in summer 2010.
The newly built Creative School, due to open in February 2010, is the 2nd phase of the programme and has been designed with open plan learning environments set out over 2 floors which will provide new ICT rich facilities for Art, Music, Drama and Media. The furniture designed and supplied by Isis reflects the open plan settings and our emphasis has been to create truly agile teaching and learning spaces within the open plan settings. StepSeat,
