Lifshutz Davidson's single storey re-locatable pavilion to accommodate the council's customer services, sits under a 25 metre span roof. Constructed for a period of between 3 and 5 years whilst permanent facilities are developed, both the public facing, and back-of-house areas in the first of London Borough of Southwarks one-stop-shops at Bermondsey Spa are furnished in t02.
