Established under the Medical Act of 1958, The GMC has powers to maintain the standards the public has to expect of doctors. The hearing rooms within both their Manchester and Euston Road premises were refurbished to the designs of Moser demonstrating through design that the GMC isn't just the old organisation working out of new offices, but a revitalised body. Bespoke Flipscreen desks allowed barristers access to the AV presentations controlled by the Chairman, whilst allowing clear desk space when this was not required.
