In the year 2000, the Alsop designed Peckham Library won the prestigious Stirling Prize for the best new building in Britain. In 2006 it provided the venue for London Borough of Southwark’s latest one-stop-shop designed by Alexi Marmot Associates and fully furnished by Isis Concepts.
The one stop shops are drop-in services for anyone living, working or visiting Southwark and provides face-to-face advice, information, help and access to all council and community services.
